What if

There is no after

There is only now

The things I do matter

My glance or glare hard soft tender sad affect others in ways I do or don’t intend

A harsh word spoken sets off a negative chain reaction I cannot

stop

It contaminates and dominates

I am right and you are wrong

Nature is talking to me, showing me who I am

I see a reflection/enactment of

my feelings

My mind makes sense of what I want

Nature is showing me that what I think matters

How I treat others has

repercussions

I need to change my thoughts my heart

I think well of my neighbour and show it

My neighbour passes that positivity on to someone else and

that person passes it on and they pass it on and on

Nature’s interconnectedness is a strict law

I must be willing to connect

to others

When I am not mindful someone or something suffers

I am not yet fully aware that I am the cause

I am here to be as one

with nature.
